We're back from the beach and I already miss it! We had such a good time. Wendell and I and all 3 kids plus Aunt Niecey, Uncle Geoff, and Parker got to go. Our house was great and only 4 houses down from the beach. It had a neat pool too that had a 3 or 4 foot area that was only 8 or 9 inches deep and perfect for toddlers to play and splash. Evan took to the water like a fish. After a couple of days he didn't even want you to hold on to him when he had on his floaties or swim ring. Sometimes he would even try to put his head under water like he wanted to swim. He also loved jumping to mommy and daddy. He LOVED the waves. He liked to be on the big float and go up and down with the waves. It always seemed to put him to sleep though! Jordan loved boogy boarding and using his mask and snorkle to look for shells. He even found a live starfish and live sand dollar. Silly Denise screamed when he pulled up the starfish like it was going to attack her. Jordan also found a shell with this weird looking slug thing that had long dangly eyeballs! i screamed at that one because it started to come out of its shell while I was holding it! Jordan made some friends on the beach too. One day he and some friends were digging a hole and by the time we left 3 of them were in it and it was higher than their heads! They forgot to build steps though so it was pretty funny when it was time for him to get out! I spent alot of time searching for pretty shells. I especially like the ones with the little holes in them that are perfect for making pretty beach jewelry! We all had fun making anklets and necklaces. Wendell even made Evan a cool necklace. One night we had a small fire and made smores....YUM-O! We took some nice family pics with Denise's friends nice SLR camera doing the all white shirt thing. I've posted those all over my blog so check 'em all out. All in all it was a GREAT trip and we love sharing it with the Ingrams! Parker and Evan had a blast together and Evan just loves his Uncle Geoff now. There are a ton of pictures so i tried just to pick a select few out the over 200 that i had!

**Denise reminded me of our ride on a $2 million dollar yacht (Geoff's boss's). He drove us to the skyway bridge and we watched the sunset. Jordan even got to drive it! Geoff says he caught Jordan in the bathroom of the yacht and that it was stinky...Jordan swears he didn't leave Mr. Harper a present though!

Hey - I screamed because a live starfish looks nothing like the fake ones you see in the store. Definitely not cute and fat - more slimy for sure. Also, you forgot to mention the suspicion that Jordan took a poo in the $2 million dollar yacht we got to ride in and that Jordan got to "drive" it. We had tons of fun too and hope we get to do it again every year. Hint hint.
oh man totally forgot that...i'll have to add that in!
I WANNA GO!!!

Deborah,
Just read your blog on your vacation. The pic's were beutiful.
I am always in awe of you. You have a special gift for taking simple things in life and turning them into something beautiful and making memories to last a lifetime.. A simple little piece of paper and you turn it into a work of art. BRAVO to you.
